RENTCO RENTALS (PTY) LTD will not cover an instance of damage or injury to a third party (including the hirer). All riders and hirers are responsible for their own actions whilst using the bike and for any incident, which causes damage or injury where the rider has been personally negligent, you remain liable for any damage to, or theft of the bike and all accessories.

You are required to allow us to take photocopies of your passport or photo-ID driving license and proof of resident.

All clients hiring delivery motorbikes are expected to have a valid motorbike drivers license, and be able to ride safely on public roads and be able to follow the highway and public roads Code, in particular the extra rules for bikers.

Customer’s accept use of the equipment (bike) as is and accept full responsibility for care of the equipment (bike) while under his/her possession. 

The driver will be responsible for the traffic fines incurred while he/she was driving.
